From the outside and on the first floor lobby, the hotel looks nice, but specifically our room on the 6th floor was in need of cleaning (carpet had multiple stains, remnant of mini fridge, but no fridge, AC not cooling, and WiFi did not worked). We only stayed one night so didn’t bother to say anything, but the Montpelier the city is well worth a visit.

Gorgeous property - stunning! Blend of old and new. Could do better with service in the bistro. Was an effort to get attention.
Beautiful grounds, lovely architecture. Convenient for Montpelier.
