Located at the top of Llafranc, in the exclusive Residencia del Faro, this 260 m² terraced villa combines Mediterranean elegance with contemporary comfort. Fully renovated, it offers a bright and minimalist retreat focused on essentials. Just steps from a popular Japanese restaurant and a landmark hotel, the house overlooks the sea and invites you to a natural, relaxed lifestyle.  
  
  
  
Perfect for 8 people, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an independent office. The private kitchen is fully equipped: high-end stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all utensils. You enjoy a magnificent air-conditioned living room, bright and open to the terrace with sea views. The smart TV provides access to streaming platforms, and the high-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls and remote work.  
  
  
  
In the sleeping area, the master suite has air conditioning. The other three bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled wall fans, ensuring comfort and freshness. A laundry room with washer and dryer completes the amenities.  
  
  
  
Outdoors, you enjoy covered and uncovered terraces, private balconies with sea views, a private Mediterranean garden with sun loungers, and access to a shared pool in a quiet and secure residence. Two private garage spaces offer direct access to the villa.  
  
  
  
Llafranc beach is 5 minutes away by car or on foot via a shaded path. Close to Calella, Tamariu, Begur, secret coves, coastal paths, golf courses, markets, and the Cap Roig gardens. Girona, Figueres, and the Empordà vineyards are less than an hour away. Cleaning service available at extra cost. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Signing the internal regulations is required.
