**Fantastic apartment with swimming pool and sea views, just 500 meters from Llafranc beach. Parking place**.

Recently refurbished and located within a communal residence of properties known as Cliper, this bright apartment is very pleasantly decorated, and all its rooms are outward facing. The living room, with an open kitchen fully equipped, has access to a sunny beautiful terrace with a nice sea view. It has a double room and a twin room with a shared shower room.

**Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this apartment, where you can have a swim in the communal pool, relax on the terrace and have a nice walk to the lovely beach of Llafranc ,where the crystal clear sea waters and the intense green color of the pine trees, offer the visitor an amazing Mediterranean landscape**.

The apartment is on the second floor. Exterior parking place. Communal pool. No smoking. Pets are not allowed.

Clean apartment in good location

Enjoyed the location. Apartment was clean and good for two people. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful view a lot. Pool was great too. The first bedroom is a bit small and doesn’t have enough space to open a suitcase. The second bedroom doesn’t have windows and I would have not enjoyed staying there. We used it for storing our suitcases. Overall a good economic stay.

Terrible

We lost electricity on our first night and sparks were coming out of the kitchen wall. We called the emergency number and they responded quickly but we were told not to use the kitchen equipment and could not cook our dinner. We then lost all the electricity overnight (lights and heating as well as the kitchen) and moved out the next day. In addition workmen were working outside of bedroom and bathroom windows which did not have any coverings. We had to put up clothes to enable us to use the rooms. We were not notified of this work before we arrived. The office were not aware of the emergency we had experienced overnight when we visited the next day, they should have been. The staff offered two alternative accommodations and we accepted one. No compensation has been offered to us for our first nights electrical issues, the work outside the first flat, the effort of moving during our holiday or the inconvenience of lack of parking in the second accommodation. This is not acceptable and we would not recommend this apartment nor the managing agents
