It sits next to the walkway between the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! The house is distributed over 4 floors and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 en suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the top floor you will find a a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floor you will find 2 en suite rooms with shower (2 double beds (180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with access to a terrace. On the lower floor there is access to is a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (door access with code). Parking included in the price, located 200m from the house. Entrance dimensions: 2.35m wide x 1.80m high. Pets are not allowed.House only for families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Es ist eine kleine Kammer mit Dusche und Toilette. Die entsprechenden Personen haben zum duschen ein anderes Bad genutzt. In zwei Zimmern sind Bad/Dusche sehr offen gestaltet. Je nachdem mit wem man das Zimmer teilt, könnte es unangenehm werden. Das muss man einfach wissen. Die Spülmaschine ist unterdimensioniert für 8 Personen und spült nicht gut.
