Details are given below. This is a rural holiday home in Catalonia in a charming area that has preserved the stone walls and the Catalan vault. It has a master bedroom where the bathroom is located and an open loft in the same room. As well as kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a large private garden with furniture, vegetation, area for a hammock and barbecue to enjoy a magnificent vacation. Restaurants and nightlife welcome you for a fine time only 0.7- 0.8 km away, and close by you will find the Palafrugell town centre as well. At 2 km is the seabeach of Cala Pedrosa, so get your beach towels and swimsuits ready! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a hand blender and a coffee machine as well, and you can enjoy your means in the kitchen itself at the dining table. The living room has toys and play equipment for kids and party games for adults, so no one is left feeling bored! There is a patio to unwind and a washing room with laundry facilities. **Optional Utilities & Service Package** **An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00** can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
