Magnificent newly built house in the centre of Llafranc, in the heart of the Costa Brava, just 130 metres from the beach.
Located in an unbeatable area, just a few steps from the sea and all amenities, this exclusive property accommodates up to 8 guests and offers spacious, bright interiors designed for maximum comfort.
On the ground floor, there is an elegant living-dining room with direct access to a pleasant terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. This floor also features a double bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with two single beds and bunk beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms. This level also offers a second living room and a magnificent sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The property includes a private garage with space for two cars.
Equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, this house is the ideal choice for a comfortable and exclusive stay on the Costa Brava.

Great location, big, clean and new

Two couples stayed here. Great place and location just a block up from the beach on a quiet, safe street. The place was large and new and very clean. Would definitely recommend it. Minor inconvenience is that it is not stocked with anything "extra" (no extra toilet paper, salt & pepper, etc.) which would have been nice.
