House divided into 3 completely independent apartments with a shared swimming pool, just 1 km from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 2 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Small and simple studio located on a second floor without a lift. It has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, living-dining room with TV and 1 double bed built into the wall. Kitchenette with all cooking utensils included, cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. 1 renovated bathroom with shower.
Located in a very quiet area with a shared swimming pool (open from the month of May) for the 3 apartments.
No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid at destination
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc

logement à rénover, lit tiroir à revoir car pas adapté pour les personnes de plus de 1,80m.réparer les carreaux de la piscine qui sont décollés et nettoyer les carrelages qui sont encrassés.mobilier de jardin à changer, cassés ...porte savon de la douche complètement rouillé...à changer.des travaux sont nécessaires dans ce studio qui est très vieillisant..

accueil à revoir . Bien pour le séjour
organisation de l'accueil mauvais . Il faut aller chercher la clef chez une agence alors qu'on n'a aucun plan pour y aller. Nous avons failli partir !!!
D'ailleurs très difficile aussi de trouver l'appartement sans aucun plan de Calella. On a mis plus d'une heure
