With a capacity for up to 8 people, this house is situated about 500 meters from the center and the beach of Llafranc. The property is distributed over three floors: At street level, next to the main entrance, there is a welcoming entrance hall. Going up a few steps, you will find three double bedrooms. Two of them share a full bathroom with a bathtub, while the third has an en-suite bathroom, also with a shower. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with spectacular sea views. On the upper floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace offering stunning views of the sea and Llafranc Bay. The living area is located by going down from the entrance hall. Here you will find a spacious living-dining room with direct access to a terrace and private garden, a semi-open fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and an additional fridge. The community offers a large swimming pool and a tennis court for residents. All rooms are equipped with fans, heating, and TV. This house is ideal for a family holiday.
