El anuncio dice que tiene terraza y es la entrada a la casa, en ubicación de sótano. La 1a semana de agosto y ni tan solo un ventilador. Quasiment pas de fenêtre. Confort strict minimum, mobilier vétuste, vaisselle sale malgré le ménage imposé (75€). Salle de bains sans évacuation des buées, rideau de l'unique douche trop petit, vétuste et sale, qui ne permet pas de se doucher sans mettre de l'eau partout. Lave linge cassé, buanderie très sale.
