"Parking underneath but paid parking. Room is clean, comfortable bed, with all that you could need: toothbrush and toothpaste, toiletries, TV, good desk and desk lighting for work, iron and ironing board, hangers and wardrobe. Food is good - breakfast lunch and dinner with good hot and cold offerings. Pity that the pool is outdoors during winter but they supply slippers and robes. Good conference spaces. Price per room is still too expensive."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming It was a quick check in Beds n sheets were clean although weren’t that comfortable and gave us sore backs Toilet was leaking water on the floor 3 tubes of full shampoo would’ve been good as we only got 1 tube that was half of shampoo in it as there was 3 of us Overall cleanliness was good There was heating which was great as it was a very cold night"

"Clean room easy access to breakfast or any meals at the hotel next door to motel. One thing is they only had one washing machine and one dryer available within the motel to use. Laundromat nearby was more efficient for use. Also the doors are very heavy so make a lot of noise when coming and going in the corridors"

"Overall very impressed. A modern sleek design, modern furnishings, helpful and friendly service. Room: Modern, bed was very comfortable, cushions were a bit on the softer side. The room was spacious, well laid out and clean. Bathroom: Modern fixings with open plan. I liked that the shower/toilet was seperate, the shower door opened inward so no water over the floor issues. The shower was very spacious, nice toiletries, the water pressure good…however it did run a bit hot cold in the shower. Parking: Simple enough once you found where you needed to go. Probably could do with some better signage out the front Restaurant: I had a $20 voucher with the hotel stay, which got me a simple yet solid coffee and bacon/egg roll. Location: Not really relevant to me I was only staying overnight before transit out of Melbourne, but was adjacent to large shops. The doordash struggled to find it (admittedly it isn't easy). It looked to be a great place for a conference. All in all very happy! Would stay again."
