The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent. Our room was not ready, but the staff stored our luggage so we could take a planned winery tour (across the street!) and lunch. I highly recommend dinner at the restaurant - the food was excellent and the service attentive

The location is excellent, just a very short walk to the ski lift, which makes it extremely convenient for families. The room was clean and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The childcare service appears to be excellent, although we did not use it as our children preferred to stay with us. The only downside for us was the limited food selection, which could be improved.

Access to the apartments is only through the fitness room fire exit door ( okay if not in use, but you run the risk of being hit by the dumbbells just the other side of door when coming in if anyone was using ..."
