Thank you so much for your kind review of our property. We don't provide coffee pod machines as we believe they are not environmentally friendly. We do however provide free instant coffee/tea/sugar/milk/biscuits and also we have a cafetiere that can be used to prepare fresh filter coffee if that is your preference. We have found this more than enough for most of our guests. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we would be happy to welcome you back again next time you visit Glasgow. Dear Laura, I can only apologise about the lift not working during your stay. If I had been made aware of this while you were there I could have arranged for maintenance to go and look at it to see if anything could be done. However, I am happy to offer you a discount if you are ever returning to Paisley, so please bear us in mind. Thanks for your kind review. Unfortunately Scotland doesnt usually experience such hot weather as weve had the last couple of weeks so permanent Air Conditioning is pretty pointless in apartments. If youhad contacted me I could have got hold of one for you for the time you were there, but I was unaware that you were suffering with the heat. The windows do not open any further for safety reasons being a 3rd floor apartment and Im not quite sure what you mean by no screens on windows? Im glad that overall you enjoyed your sty with us and would welcome you back anytime. Regards Liz
