Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.

Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable...
1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep.
2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~
