We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. We had been traveling for 28 hours and were exhausted and needed to rest but couldn't because it was hot and muggy and gross. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.
