"Perfect location for our visit. Very close to the Claremont colleges. Super clean and a brand new facility. We used the pool and hot tub and the workout room, all lovely and in excellent condition. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved staying at this ADU! From the moment we arrived, the whole area just stood out—it’s such a beautiful neighborhood filled with charming homes and flowers on almost every street. It really gives you that peaceful, welcoming vibe that makes you feel relaxed right away.The location is perfect if you’re visiting Claremont. It’s close to everything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy some downtime. The unit itself is great—it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer visit. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up.What really made the experience even better were the hosts. They’re genuinely kind, good people who make you feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. "Creo que se requiere tener un espejo de cuerpo completo, y ayudaría cobija extra o frazadas. Esta muy bien que cuenta con muchos productos como jabón de ropa etc pero creo que ayudarían más otros que no hay como bolsas de basura extras (solo estaba la puesta en el bote de la basura y en el bote del baño no había ni puesta), ese es un básico. Es un lugar nuevo, bonito y moderno, en general nos gusto mucho."

"Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model."

"Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."
