### Stylish holiday home with hot tub

Welcome to 3 Churchtown Rise, a beautifully appointed home in a peaceful and exclusive development in the popular village of St Merryn. A perfect place to unwind, this gorgeous five-bedroomed house offers luxurious yet comfortable accommodation, all just a short drive from the areas famed beaches and coastline.  
  
Including a contemporary and bright open plan living space and a total of five comfortable en-suite bedrooms, there is ample space for the whole family to kick back and relax. The space extends to the garden which offers a range of seating areas and a beautiful backdrop over the fields whilst chilling in the hot tub. Or for the gamer at heart, there is a family play room with a pool table and dart board. Don’t get carried away in the luxury and forget to visit the seven bays though!  
  
Once inside, the holiday begins. A spacious hallway ushers you into the house, its double height ceiling and large windows filling the space with light. From this central foyer you reach a double bedroom, benefitting from a luxurious ensuite with shower, as well as a twin bedroom, also with ensuite, and contemporary family bathroom. Following the hallway to the living area, you enter a wonderful open plan space, decorated in soft coastal hues. Bathed in light from the large sliding doors, this wonderfully sociable space is the perfect spot for family get-togethers or quiet relaxation. Warm wooden panelling frames the large fireplace, bringing a cosy feel to this chic room. An elegant kitchen sits at the rear of the space, expertly weaving modern amenities with classic design, and a perfectly placed dining table sits next to huge sliding doors which frame superb countryside views.  
  
The serene feeling of space and light continues on the first floor, where there are a further three bedrooms, including a Queen suite with an incredible balcony, the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the stunning Cornish countryside. This lovely room is complemented by a superb dressing area and ensuite bathing area, all decorated in cool, calming tomes. The contemporary design continues in the two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, who both enjoy beautiful ensuite shower rooms.  
  
3 Churchtown Rise has a stunning enclosed lawn to the rear, bordered with a traditional Cornish stone hedge and framed by beautiful coastal planting. A large patio runs along the rear of the home, giving views of the rolling fields beyond, the perfect spot for al fresco dining. While away your evenings relaxing in the hot tub, while the kids amuse themselves in the games room, where a snooker table and dart board will keep them busy for hours!
