With ample parking to the front of the property, a large lawned west facing garden and patio area with seating. Outside shower, shed storage for surfboards and a BBQ. Internally Boskilly is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is light and airy throughout. At Ground Floor level - there are three reception rooms, offering you many options when holidaying as a larger group, all of which offer access to the rear garden. Open Plan Kitchen Dining The beautiful kitchen has all the integrated appliances you would expect in luxury holiday home such as American style fridge freezer and wine fridge. Trevose Golf and Country Club complex is located very close by and offers three golf courses. The main championship course was bestowed with the honour of hosting the Amateur English Stroke-play Championship. The magnificent courses are complemented by tennis courts, a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant. St Merryn Village is just over a mile away with pubs, restaurants and shops, Historic Parish Church. There are various community events throughout the year.
