"everything in premises are not recommended for travelers, looks most of guests are temporary resident. Even there is no hair dryer in bathroom, so I cancel one night and moved. hotel staff are helpful to cancel, and also late chekcin in 2am in the morning."

"We had a king room, which was was very nice because it included a large sitting area with an L-shaped sofa. One of my pet peeves is lack of seating in hotel rooms. It was very clean with a refrigerator and coffee maker. I wish there was an option for task lighting in the sitting area that would be less bright if one of us slept a bit later. We were there midweek to see a band playing in Alexandria. The hotel bar closed at 9pm so we were unable to stop in for a nightcap when we arrived back at the hotel at 10:30pm. If you are on a budget, please note that parking is not included and will cost $25 per night at the nearby garage. Breakfast is $11 PP for a typical serve yourself buffet that is included at many hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful."

The staff in restaurant and bar are so rude and bad service because they already adding at 30%gratuity to each tap not matter what. So staff does not care to a good job because they already charging you the tip on tip of the billed. "
