Property was extremely clean upon arrival. No issues with check in. Beautiful and well decorated house. Location is great for visiting the national park. We saw them all in a four day stretch. The Packwood Market has anything you need to enjoy your stay, the Cabin is over the top nice with all you need to prepare family style meals. TMC Properties was very helpful and undestanding of my situation The VRBO Website Doublebooked me so I stayed at another Packwood property between Dec 22 and Dev 27th. TMC properties was very helpful and understanding of my situation. They helped me resolve the matter with the VRBO double booking due. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay with TMC this time, but I hope to have an opportunity to stay at one of their properties in the future! 5 Stars for their great customer service! ##### David M.
