The area was great. Our GPS did get confused at first and took us down the back behind the property. But once we arrived, it was clean and well furnished. The only thing we feel could be improved is maybe the addition of 1 or 2 more portable AC units, as the fans and single unit werent really enough for the 80 degreee weather. We stayed here for two nights as we were up here on vacation for the Mt Rainier 5k and half marathon. Drive to Ashford was pretty easy and beautiful. House was very peaceful and quiet. House was very clean and beds were very comfy. If it wasn’t so hot while we were there, the hammock and fire pit would have been amazing to use. When we came back the next day it was again 80 degrees inside the house and took a very long time to cool down. Your home was well appointed and comfortable - literally felt like home!! Town is adorable. We found everything we needed at the local grocery store and there were even a few wonderful coffee shops in town too. Mt Rainier National Park was a blast! In the park we did some rainy hikes, some snowshoeing, saw waterfalls, and even played in the snow. Nanoock Haus was close (25 minutes and 60 minutes) to three entrances to the park that contained the most to do. Many of the hikes we planned were closed due to downed trees, damaged bridges, or too much snow but we managed to find plenty to do and just loved our time in the park. We hope to return again so we can do the rest of the hikes we missed out on. When we return, we fully intend to stay in your home again. ##### Laura A. K.
