During this time campfires, the use of charcoal briquettes, and any other form of burning may be prohibited. Winters in Packwood may get very snowy. It is the guest's responsibility to be properly equipped for harsh winter driving conditions. I didn't realize the house was in a neighborhood so it was less secluded than I'd imagined but there were great points about its location, namely proximity to Rainier & food .We loved the hot tub! The house was so well outfitted with quality kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and space for the family to spread out.
