"We had an issue at check-in but they more than made up for it by upgrading my room to the executive suite which was simply gorgeous. The balcony overlooking the area was the icing on the cake. The room was modern, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom and shower was tastefully decorated and breakfast was tasty. I will definitely be staying at this property again."

I would specifically like to highlight Thais, Diana, Monica and Ruth. They made recommendations for dinner, responded to my requests for service, addressed me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Several others in the dining area were very accommodating and ready to help with whatever I needed. Keep up the great teamwork! "
