"I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Jennifer che ked me in and then anytime I had a question, she remembered my name and would assist. I do think the dining options were severely limited and because of the extreme amount of traffic, walking in the area is not advisable. So trying to figure out where to eat and what to have was not an easy thing to do. That could be improved."

There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping.
