"The concierge, Joe did an excellent job. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was helpful in obtaining a tour guide Mike, who was also excellent. The service at this hotel was memorable and I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Los Angeles. Kudos to a job well done."

"Last minute booking for a 9 hr lay over after a 12 hour flight. Airport shuttle is available. At the hotel check in was quick. And the room is clean. After I slept went back to LAX."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the service felt genuine and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to checkout. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back again."

"I felt the property itself was lovely and very inviting especially due to its proximity to the beach. However, I do have some constructive criticism of the room. I found it to be a nice size, beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed in the bathroom - minute size and well as no grab bars on the wall. I also felt it required a fresh coat of pain."
