While the room was located on a top floor with a wonderful view, it was adjacent to the bank of elevators. Behind the headboard on the other side of the wall was a service elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night, making it sound like planes were landing. The next morning, I approached the front desk to request a room change, as I still wanted a premium room but without the constant sound of moving elevators. However, my husband and I were assigned to a room with far less square footage than our previous one, and it wasn't a premium room, despite what the woman at the front desk had said. We were disappointed, and unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to my bill. Aside from this, we liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was good." Less than a dozen channels on TV’s. No way to stream. Tiny showers. Felt like a hotel from 30 years ago. Would not pay what we paid to stay there again. Bright side, nice location and nice staff. We skipped the comp breakfast as the line was 40 deep for the entire morning." The beds were amazing and sheets were clean. Love the bar down stairs. They also have a revolving bar but one MUST get drinks in order to sit there to enjoy the view. The sad part was the pool closing at 7PM which is way too early. The only disappointment was the spa. We got some complimentary LED treatments but no one was there for at least 20-30 mins. The steps were worn out and damaged. I almost fell going down the stairs once because of the stair was broken. Overall, the hotel was very old looking and definitely not worth $200 a day." The room wasn’t so clean. I had other dogs’ kibble leftovers on the floor. Overnight parking is $25 plus tax. Pet fee is one time $150 (one to two dogs). Staff members were very nice. The Hanagi sushi place was DELICIOUS! There is also a small game room that kids can enjoy—even adults (there is one pool table).
