"I will never stay here again. We tried to check in at 130pm. They immediately stated that there would be an early check-in fee of $60 for checking in 1.5hrs before check-in. I declined and spoke to the manager. The manager told me it's because the housekeepers have to rush to.clran the room. I told her that the Front Desk Agent didn't even ask my name and didn't have my reservation up to even determine if there was a rush needed for the room. She said well it's our hotel policy. She then agreed to check us in. We get to our room and the manager assigned the wrong room. I booked a King and she gave us 2 double beds. I went back down and they changed our room. We went in our room and the heat was off, window open, and it was all wet because it was raining inside the room. It was so cold that we stayed in the hallway, I went down to complain again and they moved us rooms. They said they would bring keys to us. It took another 15mins. Bellman came to give us keys and walked away. He didn't even help us with our bags to our room. We get to our new room and the tv remote wouldn't work. They had to call maintenance to switch remotes. Terrible experience and management were horrible. This hotel is under new management, clearly not doing their jobs"
