At an exceptional property with the most breathtaking views, the staff were outstanding. A special shout out for Diana who was always on hand to make sure our stay was perfect. Especially liked the WhatsApp food ordering and dine anywhere arrangement as there were so many magical places to eat. This really is an outstanding hotel

A quick call the night before was enough to sort out this problem as the hotel provided a boat to the nearby village of San Antonio. The hotel itself has a spectacular setting with beautiful views of Lake Attitlan. The service was first class with enough support with what we wanted but leaving us alone to enjoy ourselves as well. The staff are genuinely amazing! From Isabelle in reception, gardeners, cleaners and waiters, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated to walk into the town with restaurants and shops nearby. It was lovely having our own courtyard and open fire. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole property has been reformed with taste and style. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the facilities are stunning, location is excellent, the room was a bit dark with limited view which was disappointing, and we had free access from room direct to spa but you could not lock this door so was of limited use . Breakfast buffet was superb

This is a wonderful, historic hotel located one block from the Plaza. Large room with antique furniture. Great restaurant with folk dancing on certain nights. Courtyards and flowers were wonderful. It was everything we expected and more

Problema con el agua caliente la primera noche pero lo solucionaron. En el cuarto se escucha todo lo del resto del hotel.
