"It was a fantastic experience at Hyatt Ziva. The vibe of the hotel is very tropical. The open concept receives you with a welcoming view of their beautiful beach with palm trees waving at their guests. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Their all-inclusive package does not disappoint as well. We love the food in all their restaurants. Their 5 restaurants which include a buffet (all fresh foods and fruits) are so fulfilling. "Had a great stay. Staff was incredible and property very beautiful. Location could not be beat! Couple things to note though... No screens on the balcony door so we had to keep them closed at night due to mosquitos so couldn't hear the waves. Also it has been awhile since we stayed at a

kid friendly
zone and there was alot. Lol. However would definitely come back someday with our grandkids. Perfect for families. "

"The hotel is decent, the location is perfect however it is very
family friendly
so expect a lot of
kids
. The hotel, although old is relatively kept up and clean. As for amenities they are very stingy on so bring your own or buy locally. Bath towels are taken away daily (used ones) but only replaced every 2 days. Beach towels and need for cards is a pain. We did not do the all-inclusive option because they only include buffet breakfast buffet lunch and buffet dinner. So dining is not an option....

"I like it over all however I do wish they had more entertainment. Pool areas seemed a bit boring at times with music so low or at times no music. Also same type of music all time, wish more Mexican music was played. Room was nice in size and clean but bed and pillows were so hard and stiff and gave me back pain. When I got there I didn’t really get any welcome from anyone. So I was a bit lost on what to do as far as checking in. I wish they can check in earlier than 3pm. I had to wait 2hr 30...
