Service at hotel was amazing very attentive and helpful. The room was on the smaller size but was very clean and accommodated us with 2 beds for 4 people as other hotels wanted us to get 2 separate rooms. The restaurant for breakfast at hotel was delicious (not the buffet one). Wish the pool was heated for the little ones but my son still got in, we also went in February so it’s a little chillier at nights.my son loved the playground and bubbles they were offering for kids activities. Place was also a 8 minute walk to main park. Would def stay here again." I had better expectations of it and it fell short because the front desk staff wasn’t very serving or informative. When we got there granted it was two hours before check in they said they would contact me when a room was ready but it would be way before check in time of 3pm. From the two members I interacted with, no one mentioned if the hotel had a restaurant , bar etc no info unless I asked specifically. We walked around and didn’t get a message about the readiness until shortly before 3pm. The hotel also looked empty at the time. There is no gym on site, the bar is small if you call it that, the room gives you a refillable water bottle that you have to ask to be refilled they just won’t let you get two of them and we never made it into the restaurant because well no staff informed us there was one or what they even offered at the hotel. We ended up eating at other convent hotel restaurants nearby. Again, the hotel is pretty , the pool is small but warm and the location is fine. I would stay at a different place if I were to return. The staff is available and ready for everything you might need before you know you need it. The walls were paper thin, which meant I had to bear hearing my neighbours having a great time (if you get what I mean) late at night, and in the morning you can hear everything by 6AM. I believe they’ve fixed many of the other problems other comments have voiced, but the lack of noise isolation was truly unbearable.
