The fully-fenced yard ensures a secure place for the dogs and kiddos to play, and Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center is just a short walk down the street!   
  
Outdoors, enjoy memorable evenings roasting marshmallows and sharing stories around the firepit in the fully-fenced backyard, or unwind on the covered front porch to the peaceful sounds of trees rustling in the ocean breeze. Inside, Sea Breeze exudes simple elegance and an abundance of natural light, accentuating the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining spaces.  
  
The open floor plan makes it a breeze to stay connected to your favorite people as you curl up on the couch for a movie using the provided YouTube TV subscription, grill dinner on the covered porch’s 8-burner barbeque, play a board game in the dining room, or help prepare a meal in the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen and expansive counter space invite culinary adventures, easily shared with company at the barstool seating.  
  
The primary king bedroom located just off the kitchen offers both comfort and accessibility, with its ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest queen bedroom offers tranquil forest views, while the twin-over-full bunk bedroom is a fun and cozy space for the kids and kids at heart.
