Normally, this would not be a big issue but with kids it caused timing issues with dinner and sleep schedules which rolled all the way into the next day.There are a few maintenance items needing attention, the screen next to the front door kept falling out, all the remote’s requiring AAA batteries were dead, the kitchen had no dish detergent, the hand towel holders are loose.The property would greatly benefit from a fan/ceiling fan, as there is no A/C. This led us to open windows to cool off, however the blinds have all been trimmed too short and don’t rest on the window sill causing them to knock around with even a slight breeze. The furniture, couch/chairs/bar stools/futtons all manage to be uncomfortable or barely acceptable. The bed is pretty comfortable though.These things singularly are all minor but together really detract from the experience. It was clean, other than the couch smelling of dog. The kitchen is well stocked, other than no deterrent. And the location is great. ##### Scott S.
