It’s tucked among the trees, quiet and peaceful, but still an easy walk to the trails, dog park, Town Center, and beach. Outdoor Space The covered front porch features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. The backyard includes a private hot tub, a propane fire table, and outdoor seating. Sand toys, two beach chairs, and outdoor games (pickleball and ladder ball) are provided for guest use. Kids' Spaces A guest favorite: Moose’s Hideout, the little nook under the stairs made just for kids. It’s stocked with a chalk wall, bean bag chair, pillows, sketch board, and books for cozy downtime. The bunk room has puzzles, books, and games. Living Room A comfortable gathering space with a 55” Roku Smart TV, heated blanket, and an indoor fireplace for full cozy mode. Great for movie nights, lazy mornings, or warming up after the beach. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus a dining table that seats 7 along with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. Coffee Bar The home includes a dedicated coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and a selection of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer for guest use. Bedrooms All bedrooms are upstairs. Primary Suite: King bed with hotel-style bedding, 43” Roku TV, en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and heated floors. Second Bedroom: Queen bed + 43” Roku TV.
