It was nicely furnished. It had plenty of games for the kids and ancillary items for cooking and cleaning. The property is gated, close to Seabrook, and beach access. The only negatives are 1) there are neighbors RV'ing on the lot next door and their dogs wonder over and they can watch us in the living room and kitchen as there are no window treatments here. 2) The lock box on the door was confusing and you should not enter the code here, use the blacked out keypad that can be difficult to see. 3) also several lights did not work and it appears to be a breaker problem (hopefully fixed soon). ##### Brian B. The house was very roomy and clean. We were able to sit all 10 of us down for meals in the open concept living/dining room. The kids loved the bunk room and extra living space upstairs. The view is beautiful however there is a camper and lots of “no trespassing” signs next door. This didn’t really bother us so we didn’t care. The house was stocked with lots of items for the area, including a wet suit my daughter borrowed. They even had my favorite tea available! I would check the cupboard before heading to the little store in Seabrook.
