When checking in I was offered an upgrade to the room. Agent was not clear on cost. She said she could offer it at 50% discount and showed us a price not saying it was per night or with all other fee's that go along with it. I thought the price was the total amount for the stay. I was extremely shocked at check out and disappointed. The same agent basically said you signed for it and don't let the door hit you on the way out. We have enjoyed your resort, resorts for many years. This is the last time we will ever come to Mauna Lani. I can't believe I'm even taking the time to write this, that's how disappointed we are. J. Every member of the staff was so friendly and kind. When they found out we we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and wine. My daughters and I loved seeing the sea turtles every day. This place is truly magical.
