Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen, het is er stil, 's avonds wordt het er echt donker etc. De bedden liggen prima. De meubels zijn wat gedateerd, maar zitten prima. Bij aankomst is het huis open en de eigenaar komt een keer langs. Die is heel erg vriendelijk. Een prima plek om vanuit daar veel bezienswaardigheden van Normandië te bezoeken. We hebben hier vandaan 4 stranden bekeken van D-Day, verschillende begraafplaatsen en Memorial, maar ook naar Mont Saint Michel was goed te bereizen vanuit dit huis. Mijn jongens van 12 en 10 konden in de omgeving lekker voetballen en aan het einde van het pad staat een weiland met koeien.
