Awesome property

Very beautiful property. We got just what we needed peace and quiet. We loved the visit from 20+ wild turkey and 8 deer. I did some hiking on the trail it was very peaceful. Also enjoyed watching a bold eagle passing by. Would definitely visit again. Great communication with the host

Wonderful

This tiny house was beautiful, well appointed and just wonderful. I would highly recommend. I hope to come back again some day.

The stairs in the property were dangerous. They lacked a railing on the open side of the stairs and the landing had no railing. The stairs were spaced unevenly making them difficult to negotiate. The water for the shower never got warm. We unable to take a shower. We contacted the owner and told him about the issue with the stairs and the lack of hot water for the shower. We left after one night and asked for refund for the remaining two nights. He said, "Unfortunately, we cannot refund any monies at this time." I asked when could he give us a refund. He has not replied.
