Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. Great for larger groups of friends or family members. It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves.
