The layout is easy to settle into, with all rooms on one level and no stairs to navigate. The living area flows naturally into a den that works well as a TV room or a quiet place to get some work done. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide practical space for guests who want both convenience and privacy. The detached two-car garage sits close enough to the patio that it can be opened with a remote, making parking simple. The villa faces a greenbelt, giving the outdoor space a pleasant, open feel. Recent updates give the home a refreshed and well-maintained feel. Guests staying in The Colony have access to a range of amenities. THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking \-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet per month.
