The staff are struggling with post-covid startup... eg breakfast one day was a calamity, waited 35 mins for anything to appear on my table... another day it was fine.
Meal choices are currently limited and not very good.
Staff really try to be helpful and service is good elsewhere. The whole hotel décor, and rooms in particular, needs a face lift. My window wouldn't close completely, so road noise the whole time, and the bathroom towel rail didn't work.
Simple things I'd like to see... better wi-fi, the free option up/download limits are not generous.... more beer choices at the bar
