"The breakfast was not very good, no protein. The faucet in my room was very loose, tv remote did not work and the window glass was broken ( safety issue). Overall mediocre "

"Terrible. Dirty hotel. Has gone down over the years and bad. Every room smells, water park is subpar even with the millions of dollars they put into it. Should have kept the indoor pool the same and updated the hotel and rooms. Whoever owns this abomination should be ashamed. "

"The disability room we were assigned to had bed that were so high i needed a step stool to get into and tub that was so it was a trip hazard. When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here. "

"The property was perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of room and seems bigger in person than in the listing! Unfortunately, the day before out trip the pool/hot tub were out of order due to unplanned maintenance and the host graciously provided is with tickets to a nearby indoor water park. Communicating with the host was a breeze, she was very responsive and timly. Check in process was also very easy. I would definitely stay again!"

"Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice."
