    This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience, and no stairs to worry about. The layout includes one bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, or take advantage of the community amenities, which include a gym, pool, basketball court, and outdoor pavilion. Parking is right in front of the condo for easy access. The location can’t be beat—just 1.3 miles from The Grove, .8 miles from both the football and baseball stadiums, and a quick 2-mile drive to The Square.
