Three minute walk to soccer and softball stadiums. Four minute walk to volleyball games. Twelve minute walk to football stadium or basketball arena. Fifteen minute walk to baseball stadium. Parking space included with rental. This one bedroom, one bath condo has been completely remodeled and tastefully furnished. Located in a quiet woodland setting. All new appliances and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen with Quartz countertops and large open living room. Large screen, 80” television in living area. Large covered deck with fire-pit, grill, ceiling fan and outdoor TV. Queens size bed in bedroom with large TV. Washer and dryer. A Queen size plush air mattress with linens is available for extra guests. Wifi internet and streaming services included.

I stayed at this property to visit my son. What a great property and great experience. The hosts are very proactive and made everything easy. They thought of many things like coffee with all the fixings to get the day started. The condo in immaculate and better that the pictures show. I highly recommend booking this property!

OUTSTANDING!!!
Wonderful location with everything you need right there in a fabulous condo. Jen and Oliver are tremendous hostess/host team with superb communication and providing any assistance needed. The condo was all modern appliances and free tv services from the web! The patio is quaint and relaxing for an evening outside and the area is safe and secure. I HIGHLY recommend this location and look forward to coming back to Oxford and staying here!! Hooty Tooty!! Thanks Jen and Oliver - 5 STARS!!!

My daughter and I stayed as I was in town to visit her. It’s super cute and cozy, and it was loaded with ALL the amenities. The TV in the living room was HUGE! The host was super sweet and attentive. She communicated multiple times so ensure a smooth stay. She also provided a folder with detailed instructions and explanations as well, from how to access the WiFi to how to work the fire pit on the porch. We will definitely stay here again!!!

A Perfect Stay
After scheduling a tour of Ole Miss with my son, I booked this property before there were any reviews. From the photos of the listing this condo looked to be exactly what we had in mind for a weekend stay while exploring Oxford. And it was! The owner’s communication was above and beyond, and the accommodations are clean, well appointed and stylish! It was a great introduction for us to Oxford and Ole Miss, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
