The living area contains a couch, queen sleeper sofa, and a 43in HD TV. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is located behind the main home which is situated on a cul de sac with minimal traffic. It was perfect for two people, but a family with a couple of small children could easily stay here as well. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. There is a Keurig and plenty of pots and pans, but not much to work with for baking. I find that to be pretty common, though. Parking can be a bit of an issue because you are sharing the driveway with a house which is also a rental. But street parking is not an issue, so overall it was only a minor inconvenience. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that the owner waits until the day of check-in to send check-in information.
