The room was clean & had everything you would need (single en-suite). Continental breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Could do with some sound proofing. A lovely family run bed and breakfast. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable about the local area. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, including a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, with cereals, fruit, bacon, eggs, croissants and home baked bread. Nice, quiet surroundings, beautiful room and comfy beds. Very handy if you have to use public transport as the buses to Oxford and Abingdon run thro Kennington every 20mins.
