Its just minutes from all attractions Only 4 minutes from the local Walmart and restaurants including Cracker Barrel where breakfast n meals are always delicious, 15 minutes from Universality of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and 10 minutes from Sardis lake! Great spacious property

This is a spacious 3 bedroom property that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are large; the furniture is comfortable; the kitchen is stocked. We really loved the front porch and being able to sit outside and watch the birds and ducks on the property.

Work Trip

love the house was just right for the two of us. very quiet and peaceful. away from all that city noise, but very easy and fast to get to town for what you need, (about 5 minutes), but did not feel like it when you were at the house.

Immaculate home

This home is idyllic. The location was a decent distance from the University of Mississippi and located in a quaint town. Very spacious and extremely clean. In addition the house came fully stocked with all household supplies which was very convenient. Host was very pleasant easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Large 3-bedroom home in the country

Overall it was a nice stay. It's a large three-bedroom home at an affordable price, so it's great for a family that needs to stay there. We only slept in the king bed, and we found the mattress very comfortable. The coffee and cooking basics provided were a nice touch. All three bedrooms have very large televisions in them. A little hard to find at night because the directions really should mention that the rental is in the back of their personal home, and the rental is blocked by a large line of trees, and you can't see it from the street, at least at night.

Just Right for Our Group

Four of us met to attend the Kentucky/Ole Miss football game. The house was just right for our occasion. Kim was very easy to work with and we had a very good time during our stay. If you're in the area I'd highly recommend staying in Batesville. Close enough to Oxford to attend sporting events and plenty of options for food. We'd gladly stay here again if the Cats come back to Oxford. Thanks Kim for a great stay.

Perfect for Ole Miss Activities

We stayed here to attend my son’s college graduation. The price is reasonable and the drive to campus not bad at all. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The cottage is immaculate with charm. The host couldn’t have been nicer. She even surprised us with a few treats. We will definitely stay here again.
