I've stayed here before and it was perfectly fine. This past stay was not as great as the first one in terms of cleanliness. Area is fine, feels fairly safe, and close to the highway and a few restaurants. My room had a 2 liter jug of water on the floor left by either the cleaning staff prior inhabitant. There was some blood stains on one of the pillow cases. My travel partner had to change rooms as there was a lot of hair in his shower. I'm never one to complain but this was less than acceptable in term of cleanliness. I hope it was just an isolated event

The hotel & stay were good. The breakfast choices were good. But, the gravy wasn't good; it was gummy, so I threw my plate away after 2 bites & had waffles instead.

Clean. Comfortable. Great bed. TV had no signal. Office said to unplug the back and re plug. Still no signal. Coffee maker and coffee but no cups? Of any kind.. plastic or paper.

Got there at 3:30pm...check in starts at 3:00pm. Told me my room was not ready....I should leave and call back in an hour. I did no want to drive any longer so stayed in parking lot; when I called an hour later nobody answered. Went inside & was told that they did not have the room type that I asked for. I can not climb over a tub for a shower. They said that they had no other rooms...when booked thru a third party...you get what you get. Tho other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at have been perfect. The room looked like it had not been cleaned tub was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty & had trash on it. Food was left in refridgerator. So I paid $400 and could not take a shower for 3 days....

This Hampton Inn is in need of a thorough cleaning and updating. We often stay at Hampton Inns because they are reliable, but this one was a disappointment. The buffet breakfast was not up to par either.

I stay here often so obviously I like the hotel. I like all Hampton Inn's in general. There wasn't enough parking spots over the weekend but it was not an issue to use one of the handicap parking spaces.

Confirmed with the location for calling on arrival date early check in. Day of check in hotel refused early time and informed pool out of service. Cancelled reservation and moved to neighbor competitor with friendly staff, immediate check in and lovely pool. I will not be using Hampton Inn afain

The entrance was such a mess we didn’t even check in. The flower beds were all weeds the bushes were overgrown and not trimmed. I could only imagine what the rooms looked like. Not to Hampton or my standards

What I am upset about with the Facilities is the Pool. I honestly rented based off the first pic that pops up for this property of the pool. I wanted to swim the morning of check out but the pool is drained and closed. That is a misrepresentation of the deal that I purchased. Not once was I notified about the pool.

We were very disappointed with our stay. They advertise a pool and the first thing out of the mouth of the front desk is,"The pool is out of order". From the looks of it the pool has been out of order for a long time. It is half drained and the undrained half is green. The first thing I noticed was the hall carpet was stained. The room smelled bad. The floor was stained. The shower curtain was mildewed and the shower was clogged. Breakfast was good and staff was kind.

Very disappointed. It's the middle of July. The hotel advertised pictures of a beautiful, clean, outdoor pool with no statement or note stating that the pool was out of order for maintenance. My 4 year old was very disappointed. Advertising one thing and then driving 4.5 hours to the reality being something different is very frustrating and misleading. The air-conditioning in our room didn't work very good. It took forever to cool the room down. We stayed on the 4th floor where the ice machine was also out of order. Had to go to the first floor to get ice. Would not stay again.

Arrived at the property and was told they did not have a room for me. They said computers were down and there was nothing that could be done. The front desk clerk was unprofessional and just said he was doing what he was told.
