Your Oxford adventure begins at this marvelous brand-new 3-bedroom with 3 full attached baths and one half bath townhome. Step inside and be greeted by charming decor and delightful furnishings. SUPER clean and quiet! Fast Wi-Fi. The space: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay and a fully stocked coffee bar for all your coffee needs. The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an electric cooktop. The living room comfortably seats 6-7 guests, making it the perfect gathering spot. The living room is equipped with a 58" TV for entertainment with a fireplace heated TV stand. A half bathroom is conveniently located in the common area for added convenience. All spacious bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests with three full attached baths which are located on the second floor. Rest assured, all full bathrooms come fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hairdryer. Sheets, towels, starter paper towels, and toilet paper are typically sufficient for a weekend and beyond. Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, complete with detergent, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with free Disney and Hulu. Venture outside to discover a small patio with comfortable seating arrangements. The community has pool access too. Parking is available for 2 cars in the back and additional parking in front of the house. Cozy Retreat epitomizes relaxation and rejuvenation. House Rules & Etiquette: • No Pets & No Smoking: We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. • Guest Limit: Please adhere to the number of guests specified in your booking. Extra charges will apply for additional guests. For example, if you listed 4 guests in your booking, you are only allowed to bring 4 guests as our rate varies based on number of guests. And even though the house is 3 bed/3.5 bath, for 4 guests, you will only have access to 2 bed/2.5 baths. • Damages & Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. • Use of Amenities: Please keep all amenities within the property. House towels and linens should remain in the house. • Cleaning: There is no daily cleaning service. Before check-out, please: o Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket. o Keep wet towels in the laundry room—avoid placing them on bathroom mats or beds. o Dispose of all litter, including cigarette butts, bottles, and cans, in the kitchen garbage can. o Ensure the property and furnishings are kept in good condition. • Makeup Removal: Makeup removal wipes are provided in each bathroom.
