Premium 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the Oxford Square

Located directly on the Square in the High Cotton building, Oxford's most coveted condominium complex, this unit is steps from Square Books, City Grocery, The Library, Proud Larry's, Funky's, Oxford Grillehouse, Bouré, Hinton & Hinton, Nielson's and all the other bars, restaurants, and shops on the Oxford Square. This unit has a dedicated parking spot, but once you park, you'll never need to drive once you arrive. It is about a 10 minute walk to campus, The Grove, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Swayze Field, and The Pavilion. It just doesn't get any better. Unit has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with Viking appliances, private shaded balcony, premium bedding, and separate en suite bathrooms in each bedroom. These units rarely come up for rent as HOA only allows limited rentals each year.

If you're looking for the true Oxford experience, this is it.

Owners have taken great care of unit and request that guests do the same.

Great Condo Great Location

This condo is conveniently located right off the square and has on site parking. The unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The hosts are easy to communicate with and will make sure you are taken care of during your stay.
