I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing.
The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. This made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Additionally, the bathrooms in our unit are in need of preventative maintenance. The shower areas require improved caulking, and there was visible mold present. These issues detracted from the overall quality and cleanliness we expected.

Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched.
