"Nice room though could be cleaner with a little effort by the cleaning staff. AC is great, Location to town is excellent. Restaurant food is good. Staff were very friendly. I had a slight concern about security as my room did not have a dead bolt and the door basicly did not lock from the inside. Safe did not work reported these issues to front desk but no action taken"

"Functional hotel as a base between tours into the outback. It was clean but tired looking. Our first room's air conditioning was very weak. The second room was much better. It was quite noisy at night with a drunk guest the first night."

"A good value budget hotel in Alice Springs with secure parking. Management extremely helpful, nothing negative to say about it. Of course you can pay a lot more for the Hilton or Mercure but this hotel is totally adequate and is not as noisy (hoons at night) as the Diplomat Hotel where we have stayed previously. No restaurant open but plenty of options within walking distance."
